Soak up the sun at our resort-style pool, savour award-winning Italian cuisine at Culina Ristorante and discover a new level of wellness at our Spa – or in the comfort of your very own guest room.What we expect:Job duties include but are not limited to:Prepare pastry items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including, food processor, mixer, oven.Maintain a clean and efficient station.Manage and prioritize tasks by shift.Skills/Qualifications:Ideal candidate will have:High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.Minimum four years culinary or related work experience. Basic culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
