Quality Assurance Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 11:59pm to 08:30am )

• Develop and document production processes, providing comprehensive training to staff to ensure adherence.
• Perform regular, systematic inspections to verify compliance with established procedures and assess staff understanding.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine procedures for the inspection of all incoming raw materials.
• Create and maintain systems for reporting variances and facilitate effective corrective actions.
• Manage and update all Quality Assurance documentation, including procedures, forms, inspection reports, first run parts summaries, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Quality Assurance Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or as a Quality Inspector.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and documentation practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from standards.
• Effective communication skills for training and reporting.
