About the Role:
Premier Health of South Minneapolis is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk/CA Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice! Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and intake forms
• Process patient payments, co-pays, and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Support clinical staff and providers with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a medical front desk, chiropractic assistant, or healthcare administrative role preferred
• Must be Bilingual Spanish-English
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Basic knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
