Role Overview

As a Pediatric RN, you will:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients
• Perform health assessments, planning, and implementation of care
• Deliver health education and counseling to patients & families
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital standards 

Core Responsibilities

• Patient assessment & care planning
• Therapy & treatment administration
• Monitoring and evaluating treatment plans
• Patient/family education
• Documentation and compliance
• Delegation and supervision as needed 

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License (State of Montana or compact)
• BLS (AHA) required
• PALS required
• Minimum 1+ year RN experience (Peds preferred)
• ASN required ( BSN preferred )

• Prior pediatric nursing experience
• Strong communication & patient education skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic hospital environment

• Floating may be required based on unit needs
• On-call shifts possible
• No RTO requested for this assignment
