Ensures team members provide exemplary customer service across all activity, from equipment installation, response to trouble calls and system maintenance through to customer education / training and follow up.Understands the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy. Utilizes specific approaches and tools for checking and cross-checking own and others' outputs. Develops and uses checklists to ensure information goes out error-free. Accurately gauges the impact and cost of errors, omissions and oversights. Understands the industry and leverages that understanding to maximize results, limit risks and effectively contribute to the team, department and/or broader organization.What you will do to contribute to the company's successOversees Field Operations activities across major geographies and operational areas.Drives and directs the largest teams or teams with the most complex and highly visible customers.Monitors performance metrics, including for service delivery and revenue / retention impact, identifying and resolving systemic and other significant issues.Defines and develops continuous improvement of customer engagement and service support practices.Provides customer, business and industry insight to resolve major situations with potentially significant service-level impact.Leverages all corporate resources, services and product offerings to increase share and maximize product / service effectiveness.Qualifications 10+ years’ experienceBS / BA DegreeIndividuals hired into DOT regulated positions must be able to meet and maintain the requirements under the Company’s DOT program, including successfully complete and pass a road test examination, driver’s record safety review, drug testing, DOT physical, and past employer safety performance history.
