SENIOR TAX ACCOUNTANT

ARB is expanding, and we are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Build strong relationships by effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and leadership. Support managers, directors, and partners in delivering timely and efficient tax services. Develop expertise in key industries—including auto dealerships, construction and real estate, manufacturing, and other commercial businesses—to provide insightful tax advisory and consulting services. Apply advanced knowledge of taxation for corporations, pass-through entities, and individuals. Prepare and review complex federal and multi-state tax returns for businesses and individuals. Conduct tax research and recommend solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Assist in responding to IRS and state notices, inquiries, and audits. Contribute to ARB’s client centric, team-oriented culture. Qualifications Strong technical accounting skills, with experience in public accounting. An understanding of compliance and regulations and the ability to work independently while managing client engagements (Ideally, 2-5yrs). CPA licensure or actively working toward certification. Strong problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly. Experience managing multiple client engagements efficiently. Willingness to train, evaluate and mentor associates and interns. Proficiency with tax software such as CCH Axcess, Caseware, and CCH Fixed Assets (or similar tax software). At ARB, we empower you to shape your own career success.
