Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join us as Outside Sales Representatives in the commercial/business insurance space. In this role, youll help other small and local businesses protect what matters most: offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. If you enjoy building relationships, developing leads and connections, and making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What Youll Do:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Engage in the community to develop leads and connections with area businesses.
Educate business owners on various insurance products and coverage options.
Make recommendations of policies and coverages based on clients' needs.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed guidance.
