Independent Contract Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, etc.) - Washington State (Remote)

Opportunity We are seeking highly motivated and experienced licensed mental health professionals to join our team as Independent Contractors (1099) for remote-based clinical work. This role offers the flexibility of private practice with the administrative support of an established organization. Key Requirements Active Washington State License: Must hold an active, non-pending license in the State of Washington (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.). Availability: Must be available for a minimum of two clinical days per week (three days per week preferred), with one of those days being Monday or Friday. Quick Start: Be available to begin work within approximately 30 days after completing all required onboarding documentation. Credentialing: Must be willing and able to complete credentialing as part of the onboarding process. Communication: Must respond to communication within 24 hours or the next business day during the recruiting process. Compensation Structure & Incentives Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099) engagement. Pay Split: 60/40 split of insurance reimbursement, with the clinician receiving 60 percent. Bonus: A $1,000 completion bonus is paid after the clinician successfully completes 30 billable therapy sessions. No-Show Payment: Receive payment for missed appointments when they are billable.
