Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students during the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time, on-site opportunity involves providing physical therapy services in a school setting close to Tacoma, WA. You’ll work closely with a diverse caseload of 35-40 students, helping them achieve their educational and physical development goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (required)
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based PT role strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 35-40 students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments for students with varying needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Document services, maintain detailed records, and participate in meetings as part of the IEP team
• Provide direct therapy services on-site—no remote or hybrid work available
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment
