Take the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a school-based environment as a Physical Therapist. This full-time contract position provides the chance to work with students from kindergarten through high school, offering therapy services throughout the district. You’ll play an essential part in fostering students’ growth, development, and confidence over the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington Physical Therapy (PT) license, or eligibility/willingness to obtain one before start date
• Ability to be fingerprinted through OSPI, or willingness to complete this requirement
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Solid communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to providing services onsite (virtual therapy is not an option for this position)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for a district-wide K-12 caseload
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, and support staff to integrate therapy recommendations into students’ educational programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
• Travel to multiple schools within the district may be required
