ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the technology and marketing industries. I'm a graduate of the University of Washington and have a competitive spirit, especially when it comes to racket sports like pickleball and table tennis. Our mission is simple: to provide protection and peace of mind for the people we serve. We stay actively involved in our local community and have built a strong bilingual book of business, proudly serving many Cantonese and Mandarin speaking customers. Our core values (Presence, Empathy, Grit, and Innovation), guide everything we do. As an Account Associate for Eddie Wang - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS
