Relationship Banker

This position involves engaging clients through consultative sales, understanding their financial needs, and recommending personalized banking solutions such as deposit accounts and loans. The role emphasizes proactive client outreach, supporting growth by identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and referring clients to other banking services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct consultative conversations to assess client financial priorities and suggest appropriate products. Assist clients with deposit and loan needs, guiding them through options and applications. Provide tailored financial advice to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Make referrals to other bank services like mortgage, wealth, and business banking. Maintain excellent client experiences by delivering prompt service and resolving issues. Support operational efficiency through participation in meetings, training, and compliance with policies. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED. 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Strong sales, communication, and client service skills. Additional Notes: No supervisory responsibilities are required. Compliance with regulations and ongoing training are essential.
