SAP S/4 Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects, strong technical expertise in S/4HANA, and exceptional project management skills. Should have S/4 implementation experience with JIRA and Agile methodology. Pharma, GxP experience required with PFF / Tolling process flow experience as added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership:
o Own the overall project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
o Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
o Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and vendors.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
o Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, including executive sponsors and business users.
• Technical Expertise:
o Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.
o Lead the technical design and configuration of S/4HANA solutions.
o Oversee data migration and integration activities.
o Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Management:
o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
o Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all levels of the organization.
o Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Change Management:
o Identify and assess change impacts.
o Develop and implement change management strategies.
o Provide training and support to end-users.
• Quality Assurance:
o Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing procedures.
o Conduct thorough testing and validation of S/4HANA solutions.


Qualifications and Experience:
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and change management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or other relevant certifications is preferred.
