You'll build the quality management system and compliance framework for outside manufacturing, own supplier quality performance end to end, and grow a team to support Hadrian's rapidly expanding supply chain.What You’ll DoLead and grow the supplier quality and development teamBuild the quality management system and compliance framework (AS9100/maritime) for external supplyOwn supplier quality performance end to end, including FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA disciplineLead supplier development, working hands-on with foundries and machine shopsManage supplier on-time delivery and risk across a growing mechanical commodities supply baseWhat We’re Looking ForSupplier quality and/or development experience in aerospace, naval, marine, or directly transferable defense hard-goods manufacturingStrong FAI, CAPA, and PFMEA disciplineProven people leadership experience, with the ability to build and grow a teamWillingness to travel regularly to foundries and machine shopsExperience standing up supplier quality processes and systems from scratch at a startup or high-growth company, ideally in mechanical commoditiesWhat Will Set You ApartSix Sigma Black Belt or formal Lean certificationDoD/ITAR program exposureWorking knowledge of NAVSEA requirements, SUBSAFE, and weld/NDT qualityCompensationFor this role, the target salary range is 190,000 - 270,000actual range may vary based on experience).This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
