Senior Manager, R&D Systems

Managing end-to-end IT projects, the full-time Senior Manager, R&D Systems will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and oversee system enhancements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the successful completion of IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget Serve as the IT platform owner for Regulatory intelligence and publishing systems, collaborating with IT teams for maintenance and security Drive compliance with IT quality processes and manage vendor relationships to address system issues promptly Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in science, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus 5+ years of experience as an IT platform owner with people leadership responsibilities 8+ years of project management experience in the life sciences domain Knowledge of GCP, EMA, FDA regulations, and experience with validated GxP environments Hands-on experience with global R&D and Regulatory applications, including electronic lab notebooks and regulatory solutions
