Industrial Maintenance / Machine Tool TechnicianWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance / Machine Tool Technician to maintain and repair CNC machines, machine tools, and industrial production equipment in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair CNC machines and precision machine toolsDiagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment failuresTroubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, drives, and control circuitsPerform preventive and corrective maintenanceRepair hydraulic and pneumatic systemsTroubleshoot bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, and mechanical componentsRead electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manualsAssist with equipment installation, alignment, startup, and repairIdentify recurring equipment issues and help reduce downtimeQualificationsIndustrial maintenance or machine-tool maintenance experienceExperience with CNC or automated manufacturing equipmentStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to use meters and diagnostic equipmentExperience reading electrical schematicsKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to troubleshoot equipment independentlyPreferred ExperienceFanuc, Haas, Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seiki/DMG Mori, or similar CNC equipmentPLC troubleshootingServo systems and drivesVFDsMachine tool controlsPrecision manufacturing or aerospace environmentsEquipment installation or commissioningWhy Consider This Opportunity?This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on solving equipment problems, improving machine reliability, and keeping production running.
