CNC machine operator

Description Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality hydraulic components while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe and/or mill) to manufacture hydraulic parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with routine machine maintenance as needed
- Previous experience operating CNC machines required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
