CNC Machinist

Wieland is hiring a CNC Machinist. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for ensuring that components are machined and finished as specified by the detailed drawings and procedures of the company, while meeting the defined quality standards. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $29.96 - can increase dependent on experience

Responsibilities

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work from a production schedule utilizing blueprints, and work instructions.
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Operate diverse types of CNC equipment, fork trucks and cranes.
• Identify and implement safety improvements.

Qualifications

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• At least 5 years' experience with a CNC mill.
• Ability to setup and operate CNC mills, saws, brakes, shears, and other machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret standard blueprints and other engineered documentation.
• Ability to use proper measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, indication, etc.)
• Ability to safely operate Jib cranes.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
• Methodical, organized, and precise.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.
• Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality.
• Good verbal communication skills.
