Application System Analyst

To provide physician support for Epic, the full-time Application System Analyst will evaluate, plan, design, and configure software application systems while assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining installed systems in a hybrid remote work environment. Key responsibilities Evaluate, design, and configure software application systems to meet user needs Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining installed systems while supporting users Create documentation for system design, testing, and training, and manage customer interactions Required qualifications Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in information technology or healthcare Required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
