We are seeking an experienced Associate Client Partner – Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) to support the growth and management of strategic client accounts. This role is responsible for driving account growth, strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success.

Working closely with the Client Partner, Managing Client Partner, Market Head, and Delivery Partner , the Associate Client Partner will play a key role in expanding existing accounts, supporting sales initiatives, and serving as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for clients.

Reporting To: Client Partner or Managing Client Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Farming Account Growth & Sales: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the creation of targeted pitches, business proposals, and transformation roadmaps
• Build Sales pipeline
• Lead the contract renewal process to maintain partnerships and secure ongoing revenue
• Monitor client health metrics, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling platform and services
• Client Relations: Act as a secondary point of contact for client executives, facilitating meetings, driving thought leadership, and ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• On the ground Client POC and communication owner
• Partner directly with client executives to solve complex business challenges and drive long-term revenue growth, leveraging key leaders / capabilities from Bristlecone
• Represent the client's needs internally while maintaining the profitability of the account
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams, Studios, and HR teams to execute seamless global projects
• Work closely with Market Head, Client Partner and Delivery partner and take key Account leadership role
• POC for Operational activities - handling client requests, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables
• Monitor Delivery status and typically works with day-to-day project leads and managers

2. CSAT and NPS
3. Profitability and margin improvements
4. Innovation sessions led opportunities
5. Renewal win ratio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in client management, account management, consulting, or business development within the Retail and Consumer Goods (RCG) industry.
• Experience managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of account farming, client relationship management, and enterprise sales.
• Experience supporting contract renewals, account planning, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and account profitability.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with digital transformation, supply chain, ERP, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Consulting or IT services industry experience.
• Experience supporting global delivery teams and enterprise clients. xhyhwjd
