Operations Analyst, Centralized Operations

Overview The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking a new member for its Centralized Operations team. The entry‑level Operations Analyst will provide technical and functional support to account users, working with accounting, operations, development, clients, and service providers. Key Responsibilities Maintain a consistent schedule from 12:00PM to 8:00PM. Support security master setups and asset data maintenance, resolving daily exceptions. Assist in automated trade file processes and perform pricing functions for securities across portfolio positions. Implement new clients and research corporate actions and dividend income for IMS clients. Act as the record keeper for trade and security master activity, collecting and maintaining security master details in various vendor formats. Document processes and procedures related to individual client needs. Communicate with internal and client teams to resolve open issues, including engaging technology and vendor support as needed. Participate in testing of new releases and system enhancements. Attend and contribute to IMS and corporate professional development sessions to enhance process understanding and career growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client support via email and phone. Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle daily client interactions. Self‑motivation, organization, and drive for timely delivery of client deliverables. Legal ability to work in the United States; SEI does not sponsor individuals who require employment authorization at any time. Preferred Qualifications Internship or related experience in a financial services or operations environment. Drive to broaden knowledge of the financial services industry and apply new concepts to daily tasks.
