Licensing Coordinator I

Licensing Coordinator – PHP Agency Fountain Place – Downtown Dallas, TX. This fully onsite role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Job Summary The Licensing Coordinator will provide high-level support for customers, reviewing, filing, and submitting contracts, licenses, and applications, ensuring accurate and timely processing of agent appointments. Responsibilities Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Compile and verify data accuracy before entry. Take necessary actions to ensure submitted data is complete and correct. Record completed work, transmit data into the database, and route or file documents. Provide knowledgeable customer service, responding to inquiries about document status and resolving inconsistencies. Follow proper processes for timely document turnaround and follow‑up. Process updates, changes, and additions to agreements, licenses, and commission schedules. Assist with new carrier and new agent onboarding. Complete special projects such as software testing or implementation. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills High school diploma or GED; prior experience preferred. 0–2 years of relevant experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Competency in basic computer navigation and common applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe software). Excellent time‑management, planning, and organizational abilities. Adaptable to changing business operations; works well independently and in teams.
