Data Analyst II

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis Partner with the Vice President, Director, and Manager of Supply Chain Finance tdevelop and prepare key performance reports comparing actual results tplan and forecast Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), articulate trends and insights, and identify risks and opportunities Prepare monthly business reviews with clear, actionable analysis and recommendations Data Analysis & Modeling Drive a data driven, analytical approach tidentifying variances between actual results and planned or forecasted performance Source data from primary and secondary systems and create, maintain, and enhance multifaceted databases Build financial models, dashboards, and business intelligence tools tevaluate complex scenarios and strategic initiatives Quantify financial and operational impacts tthe P&L Business Partnership & Decision Support Act as a finance business partner tthe Distribution organization at both corporate and field levels Provide analytical support for ad hoc requests, special projects, and value added improvement initiatives Proactively identify opportunities tprovide analytical solutions that support business objectives Process Improvement & Efficiency Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on people efficiency, process effectiveness, automation, and technical tool utilization Identify opportunities tstreamline reporting, analysis, and data management processes Project & Work Management Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Follow through on identified issues and deliver timely, accurate financial insights Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, financial modeling, finance, accounting, or a related field Retail or CPG industry experience preferred Technical & Analytical Skills Strong ability tanalyze, interpret, and report on large financial data sets Proven problem solving skills using structured analytical frameworks Advanced data mining and analytical tool experience, including: Excel (advanced) SQL / Snowflake or similar analytical data warehouses Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools Oracle or similar ERP systems Essbase experience preferred Experience working with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) a plus Communication & Professional Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization Excellent presentation and storytelling skills Customer focused, well organized, and self motivated Ability to work independently while also collaborating across teams Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast paced environment Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent work experience Master’s degree preferred but not required
