As the Host, you will act as the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly, directing them to their tables, and ensuring a smooth dining experience from check‑in to check‑out. You will work closely with servers to keep guests satisfied during meals, assist the cashier with payments and tips, and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere. Appearance Avengers: Maintain a sharp look by wearing the uniform, nametag, and a big smile. Safety Superstars: Follow all safety rules to keep guests and teammates happy, healthy, and secure. Operations Orchestrators: Manage reservations, tables, and orders to keep operations flowing smoothly. Finance Fixers: Assist with payments and tips to ensure accurate financial handling. Skill Builders: Participate in training, take on new tasks, and demonstrate teamwork and trustworthiness. Education & Experience High school diploma or relevant hotel/field experience preferred. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills required. Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently. Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from multiple sources and adapt as needed. Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions.
