Hybrid HR Generalist: Onboarding & Benefits
OCPA
Glean is seeking an HR Generalist to support and strengthen our people operations as we scale. This role will be a hands-on partner across the employee lifecycle, helping drive a consistent, thoughtful employee experience while ensuring strong operational execution. You will work closely with People, payroll, finance, legal, and business leaders to support core HR programs, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and process improvement in a fast-moving environment.
