Job Duties

CNC Programmer

This full-time position involves creating tool paths from CAD models necessary to build foundry patterns/tooling, running manual and CNC equipment, interfacing directly with customers to ensure compliance with design requirements, tolerances and specifications, and coordinating with team members to build tooling.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MasterCam

• Experience with a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment (emphasis on Haas)

• Experience with other shop equipment (band saws, table saws, drill presses, etc.)

• Create tool paths from 3D Models

• Preferred sand casting/mold making background

• Willing to learn 3D modeling

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at one time

• Work independently and as a team

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with Haas CNC machining centers

• Understanding of Mastercam

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Excel, word, outlook
