You are in charge of recruiting and training your team, leading them to be promoted and empowering them to have a successful career. You create an exciting, optimistic, and rewarding culture by empowering a team of top performers. Every customer experience should be served up with a "Here to Serve" attitude.

Essential functions include inspiring and engaging customers and fellow team members alike, training, coaching, and recognizing talent, managing P&L, growth through great service, following brand standards, and working approximately 50 hours a week. Lastly, create a restaurant experience for team members and customers that you are proud of.
