Project Coordinator - Dripping Springs, TX $60,000-$65,000 Direct Hire | Full-Time

Our client, an innovative engineering and manufacturing organization in the Southwest Austin/Dripping Springs area, is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support program execution, production readiness, engineering changes, and material planning.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and has strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. The Project Coordinator serves as a key link between Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to help ensure projects remain on schedule and materials, documentation, and resources are aligned for success.

What You'll Do Project & Program Support Support Program Managers throughout the entire project lifecycle. Coordinate project activities across engineering, purchasing, and production teams. Track project milestones and help ensure on-time delivery of program objectives. Support internal and customer-facing project meetings.

Production & Material Readiness Drive material readiness activities to support production schedules. Coordinate ERP requirements to ensure materials and documentation are available when needed. Conduct production readiness meetings and schedule reviews. Support production teams in maintaining schedule adherence.

Engineering Change Management Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Coordinate implementation of engineering revisions across departments. Ensure drawing revisions are aligned with purchasing and production requirements. Evaluate change impacts and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Documentation & Process Control Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Monitor project status and identify potential risks or delays. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, communication, and execution. Assist with quality and compliance processes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Operations, or related field preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or technical projects preferred. Experience with ERP systems and production planning processes preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident due to ITAR-related requirements. Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment. Ability to walk the production floor and collaborate with various departments. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
