Pay Rate: $38-$40/hour Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of Operating Room experience
- Surgical Technologist Diploma required
- Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- EPIC experience preferred
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures while maintaining a sterile field.
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after procedures.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout surgical procedures.
- Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards.
- Ensure instruments, sponges, and supplies are properly accounted for.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
- Prepare the operating room and surgical equipment for scheduled procedures.
