Surgical Technologist | Viroqua, WI | Monday-Friday (6:00 AM-5:00 PM), Day Shift

Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay Rate: $38-$40/hour

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Operating Room experience
Surgical Technologist Diploma required
Surgical Technologist Certification preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification required
EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during operative procedures while maintaining a sterile field.
Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after procedures.
Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout surgical procedures.
Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards.
Ensure instruments, sponges, and supplies are properly accounted for.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
Prepare the operating room and surgical equipment for scheduled procedures.
