Grievance & Complaints Resolution Specialist

SafeRide Health

SafeRide Health is looking for a Complaints and Grievance Coordinator. The role involves processing member grievances, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and one year of experience in grievance processing and a call center environment. Skills in customer service, problem-solving, and strong communication are essential. Additional experience with Medicaid and Medicare guidelines is preferred.
