Three or more years' experience leading/managing teams in an Agile environment Three or more years' experience with engineering methodologies Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the "Secret" level prior to start (requires U.S. citizenship) Desired Skills Three or more years' experience with software development methodologies Demonstrated project leadership skills, ability to work independently and lead team Experience as an Agile Team Lead (Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, etc.) Earned Value Management experience Atlassian Tools suite applications Well versed with system and software engineering processes throughout a program lifecycle Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
