Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from firstPRO, Inc We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support multiple Agile teams through the delivery of high-impact software initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a servant-leader mindset, strong facilitation capabilities, and a passion for driving Agile maturity across teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile teams (5–10 members each) using Scrum and Kanban frameworks Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos Promote Agile principles, values, and continuous improvement practices Act as a servant leader and mentor, building trust and enabling self-organizing teams Remove obstacles and protect teams from external distractions Educate business partners on Agile roles and support alignment across stakeholders Encourage cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication Drive consistency in delivery using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams Proven success leading high-performing Agile teams and driving successful project outcomes Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban); SAFe knowledge is a plus Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and/or Jira Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Empathetic leadership style with a servant-leader approach Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred but not required Collaborative and communicative team culture Opportunities to engage in Agile communities of practice and continuous learning initiatives Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Information Technology and Project Management Industries Insurance Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at firstPRO, Inc by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified when a new job is posted.
