We are seeking a highly motivated **Scrum Master** to join our team. In this role, you will be a servant-leader for your team(s), creating and maintaining the conditions that allow the team to be successful. You will guide the team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality. Your role is crucial in promoting an agile mindset and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects, ultimately contributing to the success of our educational mission. ### Key Responsibilities: * Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. * Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them. * Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged. * Support and educate the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog. * Assure the team’s progress and successes are highly visible to all stakeholders. ### What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master. * Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). * Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, etc.). * Excellent communication and servant leadership skills. * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. * Scrum Master certification is a plus.
