Duties
Help
Plan, directs, coordinates and supervises assigned support office activities through direct supervision of Support Office Chiefs
Provide daily reviews, risk assessment, recommended actions, and oversight or personnel activities, budget execution, manpower resources, operational controls, and security functions across headquarters
Track Staff resolution of operational requirements and actions
Provide meetings, briefing sessions, and conferences with senior officials from other Corps Headquarters elements and subordinate activities
Provide supervisory authority to administrative and other staff with responsibility of performance and personnel management, employee development, manpower allocation, public affairs and logistics
Use knowledge of strategic direction, policies, organization, and mission to independently determine methods of accomplishing objectives and assignments to complete requirements based on judgement, soundness and conformity to broad policy objectives
Represent the Commander for the purpose of explaining and promoting the district programs
Manage position and pay by conducting biennail position reviews, reviewing vacant positions to assure need
