Chief Of Staff To The Founder

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. You won't be managing calendars, coordinating meetings, or preparing presentations.

As Chief of Staff to the Founder, you'll work on the company's highest-leverage opportunities - wherever they exist.

One month you may be helping redesign the operating model of Advantage HQ.

The next, you may be evaluating an acquisition, helping recruit a CEO for one of our portfolio companies, launching a new consumer brand, implementing AI across the organization, or leading a company-wide strategic initiative.

You won't own a single department. You'll help shape the future of the entire platform.

If you enjoy solving complex business problems but want to own execution instead of simply making recommendations, this role was built for you.

Partner directly with the Founder to help build one of the world's leading consumer products platforms by driving the strategic initiatives, operating systems, and executive decisions that unlock our next stage of growth.

You'll continuously move between strategy, operations, finance, AI, investing, product development, recruiting, and execution.

Within your first 12 months, you will have:

• Led multiple company-defining strategic initiatives from concept through execution
• Built scalable operating systems that improve organizational efficiency
• Improved executive decision-making through world-class reporting and operational visibility
• Helped launch new ventures and improve portfolio company performance
• Eliminated key operational bottlenecks across the organization
• Reduced founder dependency through stronger systems and leadership
• Become one of the Founder's most trusted strategic partners

You have likely spent the last 4-10 years solving complex business problems in one of the following environments:

• McKinsey & Company
• Bain & Company
• Boston Consulting Group
• A leading strategy consulting firm
• A high-growth technology company in Strategy, Business Operations, or the Office of the CEO
• A private equity portfolio operations team
• A venture studio, investment platform, or consumer-focused investment firm

You may currently be a:

• Senior Consultant
• Engagement Manager

• Associate Partner
• Director of Strategy
• Head of Strategic Initiatives
• Business Operations Leader

Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams is highly valued.

You'll work across both the Advantage HQ platform and our growing portfolio of consumer brands, partnering directly with the Founder on the highest-leverage opportunities across the business.

Some initiatives will involve scaling the platform itself.

Others will involve launching new ventures, evaluating acquisitions, improving portfolio company performance, recruiting leadership teams, implementing AI, or designing the operating systems that enable the entire organization to scale.

Few roles provide this level of strategic breadth, operational ownership, executive exposure, and long-term upside.

$120,000 - 260,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
