• Assemble products and components using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly, installation, and fabrication tasks
• Measure, cut, fit, and align materials to specifications
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Support daily manufacturing and production operations
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production and safety goals
• Assist with general shop duties and continuous improvement efforts

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, maintenance, or another hands-on trade
• Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Industrial or manufacturing experience
• Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Forklift, crane, or material handling experience (if applicable)
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, VA.

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
