Maintenance Supervisor

Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead property maintenance at a multifamily apartment community. In this resident-focused role, you will supervise technicians and vendors, oversee repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and manage preventive maintenance to protect the asset and ensure safety. You will coordinate unit turns, capital projects, and work orders, maintaining high standards of quality and service. Working closely with property management, you’ll support strong resident satisfaction while mentoring your team and enforcing safety and compliance standards.
