Legal Assistant Paralegal

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Towson, MD or Baltimore, MD for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing case materials, and maintaining accurate and organized records. You will collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure the seamless handling of legal matters and provide administrative support as necessary to meet client and case requirements. Qualifications Expertise in Law and Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and filing legal documents. Strong Research and Document Review skills for identifying relevant case information and ensuring accuracy. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus.
