Senior Project Manager, Project & Development ServicesThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex capital and workplace projects within the National Capital Region while ensuring compliance with client objectives, project controls, and governance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initiation through closeout.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.Monitor scope, budget, schedule, risks, and quality.Prepare executive-level project status reports and presentations.Review contracts, change orders, and payment applications.Implement project management standards and governance requirements.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using Procore.Mentor junior project managers and support onboarding initiatives.Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.8+ years of project management experience.Experience managing corporate office, government, or mission-critical projects.PMP preferred.Strong communication and leadership skills.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $148,750.00 - $175,000.00.
