What You'll Do Model the Business: Design, manage, and pressure-test complex financial models across the data center investment lifecycle including lease, acquisitions and development Own Leadership Reporting: Prepare and deliver materials for senior management and the Board. Execute Transactions: Support negotiation of LOIs, PSAs, and lease agreements, and manage diligence and closing processes through to funding. Shape Location Strategy: Help define which markets and submarkets to pursue based on power availability, customer demand, and competitive positioning. Evaluate Opportunities: Underwrite individual sites and leases in partnership with the power, design, and construction teams, surfacing risks and recommendations. Build Market Intelligence: Maintain database of land comps, transaction comps, competitor activity, and powered-land pipeline across target markets and translate it into investment recommendations. You Background: 2+ years of experience in infrastructure or real estate investment-modeling deals, capital markets and both acquisition and lease transactions Industry Familiarity: Have prior exposure to data center, industrial, or infrastructure asset Classes Communication Skills: Can distill complicated financial analysis into clean, executive-ready decks strong presentation and storytelling skills are essential. Nice to Have Experience at investment banking, real estate or data center development, commercial brokerage, or institutional investment platforms. Working familiarity with utility interconnection processes, transmission constraints, and behind-the-meter generation Salary Range Information The annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
