Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA): Active State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certificate Graduated from a CNA training program Must be able to speak, write, and understand English A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care Strong teamwork and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
