Join the trusted vision care team at Black Hills Regional Eye Institute and help us keep patient care running smoothly! We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and friendly Clinic Scheduler to be the first point of contact for our patients and referring practices.
This is an in-office position

What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones, schedule patient appointments, and manage calendars
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service to every patient
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Comfort with computers and scheduling software (EMR)
- Prior experience in a medical office setting, administration, or receptionist preferred
