Leasing Sales Consultant

Full-Time | Onsite

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys helping people find their next home? We're looking for a Leasing Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is excited about earning uncapped commission while making a difference in people's lives.

Whether your background is in apartment leasing, automotive sales, real estate, retail, or manufactured housing, if you're driven to exceed sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective buyers and provide professional home tours.
• Guide customers through the home buying process from first contact to closing.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through follow-up, referrals, and prospecting.
• Generate traffic through online marketing, social media, community outreach, and local networking.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Prepare sales paperwork and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up with prospective buyers to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure homes are move-in ready.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, leasing, real estate, automotive sales, retail sales, or manufactured housing .
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working weekends as part of a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Real estate or manufactured housing experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation

• $30,000–$35,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
• 1.5% commission on every home sold
• Additional commission opportunities for selling more than five homes in a month
• Unlimited earning potential for top performers

Training & Licensing

• No certifications are required to start.
• The company covers the cost of the required RBI online training .
