As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Procurement & Fulfillment Coordinator to support our order, purchasing, and warehouse operations in Orlando. Role Summary This is a practical, hands-on role that combines office-based order coordination with warehouse work. You will submit, track, and coordinate customer orders, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, external suppliers, and delivery partners. You will also prepare hardware shipments in our warehouse, securely palletize products, and coordinate pickups and deliveries. The right candidate is very organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between administrative tasks and physical warehouse responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Order and Supplier Coordination Receive and process order requests from the Customer Success and Sales teams. Submit orders and purchase orders to suppliers. Coordinate printed-product and consumable orders with our supplier network. Track open orders and confirm production and delivery dates. Keep internal teams informed about order status, delays, and delivery issues. Maintain accurate order, supplier, and inventory information in company systems. Shipping and Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and prepare hardware and consumable orders for shipment. Safely package and palletize hardware shipments. Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documentation. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, suppliers, and customers. Receive incoming deliveries and check them for quantity, condition, and accuracy. Organize products and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse. Support inventory counts and help investigate stock discrepancies. Inventory and Purchasing Support Monitor stock levels and identify products that need to be reordered. Create purchase orders and follow up with suppliers. Help resolve shortages, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, and other supplier issues.Maintain accurate stock movements and purchasing records in the ERP system. Tools and Systems Erplain, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Dynamics monday.com Intercom Internal content management systems Candidate Profile Experience in order fulfillment, purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a similar role. Comfortable performing both office and warehouse work. Organized and able to manage multiple orders and delivery deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping. Comfortable using order-management, inventory, or ERP systems. Clear and professional communication with colleagues, suppliers, carriers, and customers. Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of day-to-day tasks. Able to (physically) safely prepare, handle, and palletize hardware shipments, with or without reasonable accommodation. Not Required, but a Plus if You: Have experience in a hardware, printing, e-commerce, distribution, or fast-growing business.
