Join Our Team as a Toolmaker- Cutter Grind Blue Water Area Pay Rate: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience) Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift | Multiple Openings Are you a skilled Toolmaker with strong mechanical and technical knowledge? Qualified Staffing is looking for experienced, hands-on professionals who know how to troubleshoot, repair, fabricate, and keep production equipment running. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Work with machining & grinding centers, automation, conveyors, and assembly equipment Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, press, robotic, and automated welding systems Perform preventive and reactive maintenance Use lathes, Bridgeport’s, grinders, drill presses, and welding equipment Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications Use micrometers, calipers, gauge blocks, and dial indicators Assist with fabrication, fitting, grinding, shimming, and equipment adjustments Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and machine reliability Help minimize equipment downtime and keep production moving What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of Toolmaker experience – REQUIRED Must have your own tools Must have strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience Experience with modern/state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Why Work with Qualified Staffing?
