Role: Per diem Physical Therapist in an academic medical center. Responsibilities Assess diverse and complex patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams. Accurately document patient care and progress. Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery processes. Contribute to teaching and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications And Skills Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities. Experience in trauma, neurosciences, cardiovascular, or surgical populations preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, urban healthcare environment. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
