Landscape Laborer / Helper

- Assist with sod installation
- Assist with irrigation installation
- Help with finish grading and site preparation
- Install landscape materials and plants
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work alongside foremen and crew leaders
- Follow daily work assignments
- Assist with equipment operation when trained
- Help complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Follow company safety procedures
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report hazards or incidents immediately
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Landscaping
- Construction
- Framing
- Roofing
- Concrete work
- Irrigation
- Outdoor labor
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Driver's license
- Landscaping experience (training available for the right candidate)
- Monday - Friday
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Average 50-60 hours per week
- Some Saturdays required
- Overtime opportunities available
