Your Role as the Activity Assistant / Activity CoordinatorAmericare Senior Living is seeking an energetic and compassionate Activity Assistant / Activity Coordinator to support resident engagement within our skilled nursing community. In this role, you'll assist with planning, organizing, and leading recreational and therapeutic activity programs that promote socialization, independence, and overall quality of life.Activities are delivered in accordance with individualized resident capabilities, needs, and interests while meeting applicable state and federal guidelines.SummaryThe Activity Assistant / Coordinator supports the Life Enrichment or Activities program by assisting with group and individual activities designed to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being.
