E-Billing Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the E-Billing Analyst will manage invoice submissions via various e-billing platforms, resolve e-billing issues for clients, and provide exceptional service to attorneys and management in a fast-paced legal environment. Key responsibilities Submit electronic invoices and accruals monthly while overseeing client transitions to e-billing Act as a liaison between billing staff and clients, ensuring compliance with guidelines during the submission process Maintain and update client data in the billing system and perform analyses of complex client accounts Required qualifications Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm Familiarity with legal billing and Middleware systems, such as Legal Exchange or Serengeti/Legal Tracker Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of various LEDES billing formats is a plus
