Senior AR Billing Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Revenue Operations Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle and support revenue operations. This role is highly hands-on, requiring strong Excel expertise, experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems), and the ability to translate contract terms into accurate billing. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal RevOps teams and external franchise owners to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full billing lifecycle, including creating, initiating, and managing revenue billing processes
• Generate and review invoices in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms
• Use Excel extensively to manipulate data, track billing activity, and support reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to execute billing processes, track performance, and provide reporting insights
• Maintain and update customer records, including bank account and credit card information
• Monitor account balances and proactively follow up on discrepancies or outstanding items
• Collect payments while maintaining positive, professional relationships with franchise owners
• Communicate effectively with external partners to resolve billing issues and ensure clarity on account activity

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations (billing-focused, not collections-heavy)
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting system
• Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and lookup functions
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and apply contract terms to billing processes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with external stakeholders (e.g., franchise owners)
• Proven ability to work in a process-driven, high-ownership environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting Revenue Operations or finance teams
• Familiarity with subscription-based or recurring billing models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
